Please carefully read this User Service Agreement before using Quikra software (including mobile terminal, desktop terminal and official website services, collectively referred to as “the Product”). By downloading, installing and using the Product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by all terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Description
1.1 Quikra is a tool application providing screen recording, video editing, audio recording, screenshotting and AI auxiliary functions. Basic core functions are provided free of charge for individual users; paid users can access advanced and comprehensive services.
1.2 We reserve the right to optimize, upgrade and adjust product functions at any time, and set value-added services with fees. Any adjustment will be announced within the product or on the official website in advance.
1.3 We do not guarantee that the Product will operate without failure or interruption permanently, and we shall not be liable for service interruption caused by network conditions, device compatibility or system version issues.
2. User Usage Rules
2.1 You agree to use the Product only for personal study, private creation and legal non-commercial purposes.
2.2 It is prohibited to use the Product to produce or disseminate illegal, pornographic, violent, infringing, rumor-spreading or other content that violates intellectual property rights and legitimate rights of third parties.
2.3 It is prohibited to reverse engineer, decompile, crack or tamper with the Product program, or use it for plug-ins, batch tools and illegal commercial deployment.
2.4 The copyright of all videos, screen recordings and graphic content created by you using the Product belongs to you. You shall ensure that the content is legal and compliant and does not infringe the legitimate rights of any third party.
3. Free and Paid Terms
3.1 The rights and interests of different users are clearly stated in the Product. No mandatory registration is required, and there is no bundled malicious advertising.
3.2 Value-added services such as advanced templates, cloud space and exclusive materials may be launched later, which users may voluntarily choose to purchase.
3.3 Once a paid service is activated, no unreasonable refund will be supported unless there is a serious functional failure or legal requirement.
4. Account and Liability
4.1 You can use core functions without mandatory account registration. If account service is launched in the future, you shall keep your account and password properly. We shall not be liable for losses caused by personal information leakage.
4.2 Any legal liability or dispute arising from your improper use of the Product shall be borne by you alone, and we shall not be held jointly liable.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 The Product is only a tool software. We do not provide content storage or content review hosting services. You shall take full responsibility for the content you create and publish.
5.2 We shall not be liable for loss or damage of works caused by device failure, system crash or user misoperation.
5.3 We shall not be liable for service suspension caused by force majeure including network failure, policy supervision and server maintenance.
6. Agreement Modification
We reserve the right to modify this User Service Agreement according to laws, regulations and operation needs. The modified agreement shall take effect upon announcement on the official website, and your continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
7. Other
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In case of dispute, both parties shall resolve it through negotiation first; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court where we are located.
